Support

Support for Fuse runs on email. Write to us about anything — a bug, a charge you do not recognise, your account, your data — and a person will read it and reply.

Email info@onfuse.app

If that button does not open a mail app, write to info@onfuse.app from any email account.

We usually reply within two business days.

What to include

These few details let us find your account and reproduce the problem on the first reply:

Please never send us a password or full card details. We never need either, and we will never ask you for them.

Billing, credits, and subscriptions

Where you bought decides who can refund you, because the payment was taken by whoever sold it. Whichever it was, write to us if something looks wrong — we can always look up what happened on your account, and the section below says where the refund itself has to come from.

If a purchase went through but Fuse has not caught up, email us the store receipt and we will re-sync it against your account. If Fuse already shows you as subscribed and something still looks off, Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases re-reads your entitlements from the store.

Bought inside the app on iPhone or iPad

The purchase was made through the App Store, so Apple holds the payment and issues any refund — we cannot issue one for you. Manage or cancel a subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple explains the process in Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple).

Bought inside the app on Android

The purchase was made through Google Play, so Google holds the payment and manages refunds for it. Manage or cancel a subscription at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, and request a refund through Google Play’s refund request flow, which is the fastest route. If that does not settle it, email info@onfuse.app with your Google Play order number — it starts with GPA. and is on your Google receipt — and we can take it up from our side.

Bought on the web

Web purchases are handled by our payment processor rather than by an app store, so these come straight to us. Email info@onfuse.app with the receipt you were sent and we will take it from there.

Credits that have not arrived. Credits are added when the payment confirmation reaches our servers, which is usually within a few seconds of paying. If your balance still has not moved after a few minutes, email us with your receipt and we will apply them by hand.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your Fuse account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account along with your boards and pins, the design ideas you generated, and your history.

If you cannot sign in — a lost device, a sign-in provider you no longer have access to — email info@onfuse.app with the subject “Account deletion request” and tell us which sign-in you used. Write from the address on the account if you can; if you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, you cannot send mail from that relay address, so write from any address you have and we will work out another way to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that separately using the links above, or it will keep renewing.

We delete or de-identify your personal information within a commercially reasonable period after that, except anything we are required to keep by law. What we keep, and for how long, is set out in Data Retention in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to get a copy, or to object to a use of it, email info@onfuse.app. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why; the Terms of Service cover the rest of the relationship.

Reporting a problem with content

If a generated image, an imported pin, or anything else in Fuse looks wrong, unsafe, or infringing, tell us at info@onfuse.app with a screenshot or a link, and we will look into it. Copyright notices are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
